I'm talking about runtime application. Tests show that if TMPFILES isn't specified in config.fpw, FoxPro uses environmental variable 'TEMP'. If this variable isn't defined, than it uses the directory where application was started from. It's confirmed by http://fox.wikis.com/wc.dll?Wiki~TmpFiles~VFP.
