I get my insurance through a broker. Costs have jumped quite a bit this year, and I'm paying close to $700/year. I don't have professional liability insurance because that's about another $1200/year, but I do have something that kind of covers that area, called "Products--completed operations". My coverage is through Hartford, and it's a pretty good package. I had a really hard time finding insurance though, especially the first year. It seems once you go though a year without any claims, you have more options.
