Thanks a lot Jaime for the clue. When I installed Soap Toolkit 2 SP2 most of my problems were solved. My OS is XP. Yes I managed to solve ‘dll in use’ issue by stopping "World Wide Web Publishing Service" Computer Management in control panel.
