This is not reply, this is suggestion for including in UT some new ways of working with download section.
Instead of some consultant of UT to work on files let's person, who upload to be responsible for uploadin and updating of the product. Only when they uload new files this to be shown to users.
This will free some time of UT consultants, which will let them possibility to test the product and to write some notes about product and may some comparison with other similar products - like editor coment
