Thanks for helping. I actually show the value on the form.(just to be sure) I press a command button that executes the report with the filter and it doesn't work. If I leave the expression off it prints all records. If I simulate it by setting a GV in the command window and running the report, it works. I am using VFP 7.0 SP1.
