Actually .. it would work. The concept of using EOF() is working because the value of EOF() does not change throughout the report. Then it prints the final Group Footer as a wrap-up to the entire report because all Groups have to clean up and print one last footer before the report is done.
You could actually use a static string for the Data Group. For example, enter "Fox Rocks" as the Data Group (including the quotes) and you'd get the same results as using EOF().
