Hello. I am receiving a "server has not yet been opened" error when using the SetLogonInfo method (both from the Database Object and the Application Object)from a client machine (in-house but has neither VFP, nor CR). The application runs fine when I run it on the server from my machine, however. I have CR 8.5 Developer and VFP7 (SP1). The VFP7 executable, the Crystal Reports, the .dbf files and the .dll files are all within my "i:\autorep" folder (or a subfolder thereof).

Using the Database Object's Verify Method has always returned .F.

The following .dll files are on the server and have been registered (REGSVR32) with the client machine:

CRAXDRT.DLL
CRVIEWER.DLL
CRXF_PDF.DLL
MSVCIRT.DLL
MSVCR70.DLL
P2SODBC.DLL
VFPENU.DLL
VFP7R.DLL
VFP7RENU.DLL
VFPODBC.DLL

I have also downloaded (and applied) various patches from http://support.crystaldecisions.com:

CRMAIN85.ZIP
CRDEV85.ZIP
DBEXDRVR.ZIP

I thought that I was getting "up to speed" on CR but this has me stumped.
I have made a conscious effort to improve my CR skill set:

1) I attended your pre-conference seminar on CR at EssentialFox (yes, I did like it).

2) I have gone to http://support.crystaldecisions.com (article IDs c2011129 and c2004978)

3) I have gone to http://www.craigberntson.com and looked at the articles

4) I have read Mark Miller's February, 2002 FoxPro Advisor article on CR

5) I have gone to FoxTalk (I am a member) and to the UT (obviously)

Do you have any thoughts on this?

Thank you very much for your time (yes, I do know that it is valuable)
