Yes, I saw that article.

It took a while to get over the 100+ messages per day but it only took a few weeks to bring the average from 175 to 225. Recently, many more people have joined and switched from other services to come here.

But, what I like at this point, is we can call it "Search before you post" because of those 60k+ messages. I always received a few feedbacks each month from people who say "You keep all the messages!". As for the messages part, this is the beauty of it. This is also one reason why we are releasing the Universal Thread CD in the first quarter of 1998. We found and was told by some people that there is a need to get all the data on the CD which is very useful when you go on site or need to find something fast. The Universal Thread CD will be available on a bi annual basis.

We have several focus for 1998. One of them is to have more internal articles, FAQ, etc. The messages area is good but we also need to have documents to let users learn more on a specific subject, where the need of an article is very useful. Marketing and Conferences presence and also part of the focus for 1998. There is also some surprises which I can't talk at this point but I think you'll all find them really useful.
