You can't directly, but some workarounds exist.
For instance, you can pass the first form as a parameter to the second form, and modify the properties of the second form in the first:
do form Form2 with ThisForm
lparameters toCallingForm
ThisForm.oCallingForm = toCallingForm
ThisForm.oCallingForm.MyParameter1 = (SomeValue)
