Dear Sergey

Many potential customers regard VFP as obsolete thanks to a legacy of "praising with faint praise" from MS for years. You will find numerous threads to that effect right here in UT if you look.

This article proposes a reason why "being obsolete" may be a significant technical and marketing advantage.

I posted a message saying "Maybe being regarded as "obsolete" isn't an issue after all..."

I see a connection and an opportunity even if you don't.

"... They ne'er cared for us
yet: suffer us to famish, and their store-houses
crammed with grain; make edicts for usury, to
support usurers; repeal daily any wholesome act
established against the rich, and provide more
piercing statutes daily, to chain up and restrain
the poor. If the wars eat us not up, they will; and
there's all the love they bear us.
