I am currently trying to make api_apprun and the priority APIs work. I think I am almost finished.

Just to make sure you didn't overlook this detail: Does changing the priority actually work, e.g., in Windows 98? I ask, in part, because there is no option for the end-user to change the priority, as there is in Windows NT.
