Do you maximize your main application window before the form is run?
like:

_SCREEN.WINDOWSTATE=2

You also may try to put into Form.Init()

THISFORM.AutoCenter = .T. 

Depending on your application needs you can also try to set form.Desktop = .t. if appropriate.
