I actually started this one time about 3 years ago. I gave up though due to other requirements (I was doing it on my own time and simply ran out of time).
Are you looking for the framework with the most fliexibility? The fastest development time? Or what? Each has its own benefits over the others. I prefer Visual FoxExpress. Everyone has their own preference though. The only individual I know of that works with more than one framework regularly is Thomas Whitely (spelling?). I believe he writes in three on a regular basis. You might try a private message to him.
