Thanks to everybody for your help.
I found the response looking in google and Borland newsgroups. Is very stupid and is simply put /C after Command.Com like:
Command.com /C Dir C:\
With this switch the dos box dialog dissapear after execution. With command /? you get other options.
But this is not enough, is necessary look for the comspec OS variable before run this because the command.com can be replace with cmd.exe or other.
