Devigus Engineering out of Switzerland (or is it Sweeden?)offers one for .NET called "VDX .NET." I've not looked at it, but if it's anything like Visual Extend which is their application framework for Visual FoxPro, it's apt to be pretty comprehensive. Check out www.devigus.com.
