I agree with Steve, FormSets can be confusing and don't lend themselves to modular thinking or construction...

Also, use Modal property sparingly, since you never know when there may be a legitimate need to return focus to a previous Form. Not good to lock someone in w/o a good reason.

In general, use separate forms with the Top-Level (or In-TopLevel) and AlwaysonTop (if needed) features instead, and then Release() or Hide() them when you are done. The previous form on the stack will be activated automatically.
