Do you have a grid in the form or are you using or a view in the form?

If you have a SELECT SQL in the form you may need to either close the table explicitly or specify NO FILTER on your select command.

Sounds like an SQL statement put out a new alias with a filter to me or some other garbage thats not being cleaned up.
