We have an application that was working fine for several years. Now there is a problem printing memo fields on reports. The first couple of lines print ok, but then the next couple of lines do not print, and then it prints the rest of the memo ok. We have also noticed where it will print only half a line and then go to the next line. There are no 'invisible' characters in the data.

They are using an HP LaserJet 8100 printer. We originally solved the problem by using an HP 8000 PCLe printer driver, however, the network administrator has removed that driver from the workstations and will not allow it to be reinstalled!! They only let us use the 8100 PCL and the 8100 PS6. Both of these have the problems noted above. Any ideas...or has anyone else seen this behavior with memo fields?
