Just in case you didn't realize it--if you use Glenn's solution for displaying two fields in the editbox, any changes made cannot be saved back to those fields. There's no way to do that.

If you want to remove a page from a pageframe, and you know you won't want to add it back later with all the controls on it, you can use the pageframe's removeobject method.
