Read my original message. No checkbox to check/uncheck. It's a plain text control with format 'M', inputmask 'Yes,No'. Textbox value changes to either Yes or No (click or spacebar or y,n) and with every change, behind the scenes logical field value is changed.
Just follow the directions in original message and create a form with testdata.dbc.
