If you´re using WinNT, you can download freely the NT Option Pack from Microsoft´s web-site. If you´re using Win2000, the MTS now is called COM+, and you find it under the name of "Component Services". May you haven´t installed it, but you don´t need to pay for it: it´s part of the OS. ;)
