AFAIK You can't use it directly as You would with a native VFP-Grid (like RecordSource="MyCursor"). I am using the VSFlexGrid mainly in unbound mode filling and maintaining it manually.

However You can use ADO to bind it directly to a database and thus reflect ADD, EDIT, DELETE. That is
something like out of the door and back in but it works.
