Keith:
To summarize the Thread I think that possible culprits could be:
Hardware: NT Intellimouse driver version, a Logitech mouse device driver, a BIOS upgrade may be needed, or...
Software: a Seek() command where the record has been Deleted() or an Order Tag has changed in runtime (from Ascending to Descending, for example), thus causing a Seek Error.
I don't think WIN2K server was one of the culprits...
Good luck,
-Irv.

>>>I also tried the following: Ran FoxFix 5.1 on the table - says it has no corruption. Changed insert to append blank and gather - same problem. Interestingly, the problem does not occur when running on a faster (800Mhz) machine under Win2k, but on a slower (400Mhz) machine running Win98 it does happen.
