Exactly this job does a VFP program called SCCTEXT.PRG which is par of the VSS integration of VFP.
This program creates a related flat file named *.??a, e.g. MyClasslib.vca!
And the visual differencing tool of VSS show differences between different <s> version of such text files!

NOTE: Creating such text files is only available, if you're working with the VFP-VSS-integration which you can find in VFP only in the project manager!
