Well, I suppose you will usually have a form with different options for the report - just include to textboxes (or a single one) for the page range. If you want to allow the user inputs like "1-3,4,7-10", you will have to break this into pieces and run the report once for each of the item separated by commas. But that may not be worth the trouble - that is, not so important for the end-user.
