Does anybody know any tricks to setting the encoding for an XSLT conversion? I am using CURSORTOXML on the tastrade orders file and then running the XML through XSLT to finally end up with a modified XML file. No matter what I do the endcoding on the final XSLT file ends up UDF-16 and windows IE will not display it because of the special characters in the data.
I can manually edit the final XML file and change encoding to windows-1252 and IE will display it.

I am setting the CURSORTOXML parameters to create Windows-1252 and that works in the intermediate XML file.

I am using the following statement in my XSLT output declaration:
