I have a client who wants to run a VFP program that polls a table of users (updated from the web), checks whether the user has an NT user account, and if not, adds the user. Oh, and groups -- the user has to be assigned to particular groups, some of which might also have to be created from the program. Is there a solution to this already built, or a set of API calls that the program can make?

Naturally, VFP will be running as Administrator, and hopefully it is not my client's intention to have this machine exposed on the internet.

Any thoughts? Preferably helpful ones ;-)
