Unfortunately, it is an RTC placed on a container at design time and the container is created on the fly as needed. The form itself has other activeX controls on it as well and a S**T load of other code executing during the init() of this particular form just before the object that contains the RTC is created. The short answer is no, you can not reproduce this by simply adding an RTC to a container on a form and running it in dev mode.

The other unfortunate circumstance is I don't really have time to stroke a bug like this, I just wondered if anyone had seen it before. For now, we're not using an RTC.

When someone is paying me large per hour to make something happen, I don't have the luxury to spend some quality time with my tool to understand why something that should work, doesn't work.
