In Enterprise Manager open the server and right-click "Databases". Select All Tasks > Restore Database. Enter the name of the new database. On the "Restore" option group select "From device". In Parameters click on the "Select Devices" button. In the new dialog check the "Disk" option and click on Add. Check "file name" and browse for the .BAK file. Confirm all dialogs with OK to restore the database.
