If I remember correctly, the 30 day trial is only for the RDC, which is the way to integrate CR into your application. The Report Experts are a "feature" of the full Crystal Reports product and not available to the RDC.

You can use the Runtime designer from VFP, but you need to pay additional royalties to Crystal Decisions to ship this component with your application.
