We have an in-house order entry system written in VFP. Also we are developing our new website using ColdFusion(Access .mdb as backend data, for now). I need to set up a timer process to synchronize data between the two, like ever 10 minutes.

XMLUpdategram() with VFP 7 is probably the solution. Any sample codes available? Need to use SOAP(maybe wwSOAP) to exchange data? Implement my Web Service first? I just got confused...
