I have two contols on a form.
One just sets a timer event to come on with a wait window every 5 secs
The other (a cmd buttomn) just does a Do while infinite loop

If I have not got the cmdButton pressed, the timer event fires fine.
However, If I have the Loop running, the timer event never fires.

I set up this test just to see what happens a timer event if something else is running. Say I have a larger file being processed which may take an hour (reading and updating records) .. does this mean the timer event will not fire during the hour ?
