I may have spoken too soon. NTSVC.ocx loaded fine and was able to install/uninstall the service, but, it seems to have a problem with the OCX Start event. I've tried _VFP.autoyield=.F. and DOEVENTS(), but, it didn't seem to help. Looking at the documentation, he seems to have programmed specifically for the VB threading model...
