There are several ways:
KEYBOARD "{Ctrl+F10}"
REPORT FORM myreport PREVIEW
or define the window for your report, activate it, maximize and preview your report in that window. (see help for REPORT FORM command for more info on this one) like:
DEFINE WINDOW wMyReport FROM 0,0 TO 100,200 TITLE "My Report Preview" SYSTEM CLOSE
ACTIVATE WINDOW wMyReport
ZOOM WINDOW wMyReport MAX
REPORT FORM myreport  WINDOW wMyReport TO PRINT PREVIEW [IN SCREEN] NOCONSOLE
RELEASE WINDOW wMyReport
