The app is being compiled on a notebook PC and not on a network. No one else is using the system. I have been doing this for several years and it has always worked. I completely wiped VFP5 off and re-installed it to no avail. Something on the system must have changed but I cannot ID it. I'm the only one that touches the system and I don't remember doing anything out of the ordinary. This has totally wasted the day and I'm frustrated. Thanks for your reply.
