>Or something like "Microsoft Visual C/C++ (Educational Version)"; Visual Foxpro Educational Version.
there IS a VFP "academic" version, but it still has a price. What VFP need is a Trial version, which people can get without pay anything, to "try VFP", and, if he likes, then it´s time to pay for it.
As I always say: people has been "trying" VS.NET since Beta 1, more than two years ago... VS.NET has a Beta 2, a Release Candidate, and now a Trial... that´s one reason why Microsoft is selling thousands (or millions) of VS.NET boxes...
What about VFP?
