Use Frx2word to convert it to a Word doc and use email software (I use easymail objects) to email it as an attachment. I have 6 clients in the tranportation business who mail proof of delivery information in this way to their customers.
I wouldn't advise PDF files. Most users I know groan when faced with PDF files. They don't always run adobe acrobat and even then do they find it slow and cumbersome. Ok for long reports and technical manuals but definitely not for hard hitting customer communication.
