Alternatively (I think this one easier for you:) create an HTML file and open that in word.

That approach is what makes it better.

Basically, I just dump everything in one HTML file. Then, I just cut and paste that from the startup position of my 3 columns. Everything goes as within a newspaper. The wrapping is done nicely from page to page.
