Chris, I've analyzed your form. It also has the flaw on my machine, in VFP6. It's caused by the property Titlebar when it has the value 0 (meaning OFF). It's obviously a bug. I couldn't find a word of mention on the MS site of this bug, but it's resolved in VFP7.
I advice you to either upgrade to VFP7 SP1 (it's worth the expenses) or to leave Titlebar ON and set it OFF (0) in the init() method.
