For a head start, you could go to my Web download page and take the ActiveX.ZIP. This ZIP contains among other things a working VFP5 project with an example of a 3 level tree view (years, makes, models). This might give you a good start. But be warned my example has no drag and drop built in. This has been studied by Doug Hennig in the June 97 FoxTalk (if I remember well), and the article came also on the MSDN october CD.
