Thanks much for the effort. I still may come back to it if nothing else works. You would think that this is a simple feature and it should be part of Crystal. I will try today to create a UFL that will be available in the Additional Functions section in the Crystal Formula Editor that will pop up a Windows messagebox upon entry into Report Header section. The only problem (I hope) with this would be that I would have to distribute this dll to the Mail Room. Oh well...
