I have created a simple and basic program to make a RAS connection in windows 2000. I used "Dr. Dobb's Sourcebook May/June 1997: Asynchronous Communication and Visual Foxpro" as a template. But I keep receiving the error message, "Declare DLL caused an exception" when I invoke RASDIAL.
I have declared RASDIAL exactly like the example, and provided the parameters as instructed. I have read and double-checked with the "Win32 API Quick Reference". Is there something different about Win 2000. Any help is this matter will be appreciated.
I have used many other win32 api calls in the past with great success.
P.S. I did change the phone number, username, and so on if anyone was wondering.
Thanks
