I've received a backup on a cd.

When trying to restore it, when I try to see the content of the backup file, it is empty. The file (.bak)is about 3Mb.


The backup was performed by SQL Server 7. I'm using 2000. Is this why the backup is empty ? Or is ti simply a corrupted backup ?
