We, in our organisation are transferring lot of scanned files through email, as the scanned file are normally documents, bill of ladings etc. we don't need colour images.

Currently, we are using FXS format i.e. file format provided by Winfax, the convenience in this format is multiple pages can be scanned, viewed & printed in one time and file is also small.

But, I was curious abt. the other persons, how they are doing it.

Is there any other file format which is even compact then FXS and gives same facility like this.

Any views/Opinions/Ideas ??
