Some questions for you first. . .

1) How many users are concurrently using the application in question?

2) Are they all running on Win2KPRO or is there a mix of OSes?

3) Is the .FPT still there after the error is reported?

4) Is it always the same memo file that is the problem?

5) Is the application using TRANSACTIONS?
