I've just come across this in VFP 7 SP1...

I have a grid that is dynamically created. It consists of varying fields but the majority of them are about 117 fields. I have scroll bars set to both and when I move horizontally across the grid with the scroll bar, the last two fields will not show up. If you tab through the fields, the fields will show up on the end. If you scroll across the fields with the scroll bar and reach the end, you can take your cursor and actually close up the last field and the other two fields will appear.

Anyone run across this? and if so, is there a fix for it?
