No can do... all of the services are started with an account that has access to the .mdb file and I used a UNC \\SERVER\DATA\WebNTI.mdb as the DataSource. Execution of the package works fine only from my notebook connected using the Enterprise Manager. If I run dtsrun from the server or as a job from my notebook it fails with the same message. I can run dtsrun from my notebook and it works fine there.
