From years to years, we enhanced those litte areas containing artwork, and despite the fact that in general it's always for the best, there is always some that want something else. For now, we use most of the MS standard icons. So, if it is ok within Outlook and Word, why isn't ok on UT. You see, that's my point.

The applications like Outlook and Word give user choice between using menu, toolbar or any combination of above. I know a few people who never use toolbars for whatever reason. I don't think they would feel comfortable with UT interface.
