I'm not sure what your ultimate goal is but the location of Favorites is stored in the registry at HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Exporer\Shell Folders.

You can change the Favorites location to point to a network drive, or any other place that is convenient for you.
