That's not so easy - and before you start to change such things ensure 3 preconditions:
1. Make a backup of your classes!
2. Make a backup of your classes on another machine!
3. Make a backup of your classes to a separate medium (CD, ZIP-Drive, MO...)!

The most simple way is to play with the ClassBrowsers D&D possibilities:
- Create a new classlib (e.g. for your base classes).
- Start the ClassBrowser and open the new classlib.
- Start another class browser window and open your project file - this will open up all contained files automatically!
- Move your base classes from using D&D to the class browser window which shows the new VCX file - this should correct all existing references automatically (for all classlibs which are open at this moment)!
